The room was cozy with a nice tile/marble floor, making it feel so homely. I loved the private hot tub where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV and DVD player were a nice touch for some evening entertainment.
Personally, I could do without the electronic bidet in the bathroom, but others may find it convenient.

Stunning location to from Miyanoshita station, HELPFUL staff, everything was beautiful. I greatly enjoyed the historic-style building, extremely spacious and huge room with a private open air bath. Location: the hotel was near Musashino Bekkan and another ryokan and Hakone which was a 5 star property and bus stations. Easily reached Suiyo, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

I chose this hotel for attending a congress and it provided excellent facilities and services. The bar/lounge was a great place to unwind after a long day, and the meeting room was well-equipped for my work needs. The 24-hour front desk ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed.
The only service that I missed for my work was a fully equipped business center.

We had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious private hot bath outside. The onsen in the garden was a perfect way to relax in the middle of the forest. The service was top-notch, and the staff even took the time to email us before our arrival to inquire about our food preferences.
The hotel is situated on a steep hilltop, which may be challenging for some visitors. However, the hotel offers shuttle service from the nearest train station, making it convenient for guests.

I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Japanese decor of Musashino Bekkan. The tatami mats and sliding doors reminded me of the olden days, creating a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The hotel thoughtfully provided handrails and ramps, which made it easier for me to navigate around the property without any discomfort or worry.
If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to have a few more staff members available to assist the elderly guests. While the children working there were very polite and helpful, there were times when they seemed overwhelmed and unable to attend to everyone's needs promptly.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a traditional Japanese-style hotel, which was truly an amazing experience. The natural hot springs were a highlight, especially the outdoor ones that offered breathtaking views. The food was one of the best parts as it offered authentic Japanese dishes using top-quality ingredients. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
The communication barrier was a bit of a disappointment, as we struggled to understand the information provided. the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms made it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel offered a fantastic shuttle service, which was a real lifesaver during my busy business trip. the driver was friendly and helpful, making my commute stress-free. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of work. the hot springs were amazing, providing a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate from all the stress.
The staff's language barrier made it a bit challenging to communicate and get my needs met. the breakfast served was a bit too authentically Japanese for my taste, but that's simply a personal preference.

I absolutely loved the traditional decor of Musashino Bekkan. The tatami mats and sliding paper doors gave the hotel a cozy and authentic feel. The common areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like me. I really appreciated how easy it was to navigate the hallways and public spaces.
I wish the children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs would have made the vacation even better.

Our stay at the traditional Japanese inn was a memorable experience. The amenities were impressive, especially the private onsen that offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The food was artistically presented and delicious. Our room was spacious and decorated in a traditional Japanese style, with tatami floors and sliding doors. The highlight was the attentive service provided by the friendly staff, who ensured that all our needs were met.
The lack of staff members who could speak fluent English made communication a bit of a challenge at times.
